The Beginning
Pwn Diabetes was established on November 21, 2007. We started out on MySpace by communicating to Jonas Brothers fans and letting them know about our purpose. Through designing, printing and selling Jonas Brothers related merchandise we are able to donate 100% of the profits to the American Diabetes Association to go towards finding a cure. Since then, Pwn Diabetes has grown and come far from its beginnings, raising over $3,000 to date.

Why Diabetes?
We thought diabetes would be a fitting cause to donate towards because Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Diabetes affects not only the person diagnosed, but their friends and family as well so we feel that working towards a diabetes cure helps not only Nick and his family, but everybody with the disease, who can too be Jonas Brothers fans.

How We Work
Unlike other clothing businesses, we personally print your merchandise. We own professional silk screen printing equipment among other things that make it possible for us to make your stuff here in Austin, Texas. Instead of having them printed and shipped from somewhere else, your things are printed and packaged to you by us.

Who is Pwn Diabetes?
Pwn Diabetes is run by Jessica Resendiz and Sarah Paige. Jessica handles the website and other social networking sites (Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, etc.), designs, item inventory, and merchandise printing and shipping. Sarah receives the mail-in orders and mails the donations.
